Programme profile


The objective of this programme is to provide students with the professional competencies needed to fill roles in companies that are international or are national companies with international markets.

Graduates of the programme are international in outlook, customer-oriented, analytical and profit-conscious. They are able to create and develop long-term, profitable customer relationships as well as other networks in an international and multi-cultural business environment and to plan, organise and manage international business operations in a responsible, efficient, and profitable way both individually as well as a team member.

Programme content


In Year 1, students will acquire learning skills and information search skills (meta skills), basic business concepts (economic thinking, marketing), social skills and team working skills (organisation behaviour), language and communication skills, knowledge of various cultures, customer-orientation, basics of accounting, flexibility, openness, creativity, high degree of initiative and adaptability.

Professional competences develop during Year 2, in particular in: internal and external entrepreneurship, critical and analytical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills, financial thinking, a comprehensive knowledge of the international business and marketing framework, structures, concepts and operations. During the second year, students have their internship

In Year 3, the student chooses his/her major and minor studies. There are two majors: International Management or Global Marketing.The minor can be taken in another country.

In Year 4, the student completes a Bachelor's Thesis
