This programme prepares you with the skills and knowledge to be successful in global business. Learning is based on applying theoretical knowledge in a multicultural, innovative learning environment through case studies and projects in co-operation with industry and our international network. The skills and competences you gain will give you a great opportunity to work for modern, innovative, global companies. Students can study at least one semester abroad gaining international experience and can complete their practical training abroad..

Programme content


The first two years of studies consist of project management, teamwork, communication, analytical tools, core business skills, and languages. The focus is to give a global perspective to the operations of a modern company, including internationalisation, marketing, strategic management, financial and legal issues. You are excepted to study foreign languages, from: Finnish, German, Russian, French, Italian, Spanish, Japanese or Chinese.

In your third-year you choose specialist modules that meet your personal career objectives.

The High-Tech Management specialisation, based on real-life projects, provides you with valuable knowledge needed in the management of high-tech companies.

A specialisation in Russian Trade is offered in cooperation with the State University of Management in Moscow.

The Global Operations Management specialisation improves your readiness to operate at the corporate level.

Alternatively, you can choose the Entrepreneurial Path during which you can develop your business plans assisted by our incubator services.
