The Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences (WUELS) can trace its origins to 1945, though it has had several identies since then, including the Agricultural University of Wroclaw [1972]. It became the Wroclaw University of Environmental and Life Sciences in 2006.
WUELS is well-ranked in Poland. It has nearly 11,000 students studying in its five faculties, on a wide range of degree courses in agriculture and related areas.
