The Zurcher Fachhochschule (ZFH) is composed of three public institutes of higher education: the Zurich University of Applied Sciences, the Zurich University of the Arts and the Zurich Pedagogical University, as well as two private institutes: the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration , and the Zurich University of Technology. With approximately 14,000 students, it is one of the largest colleges of higher education in Switzerland.
Most of the Bachelor programmes at ZFH are run by the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW). The total number of students enrolled for the ZHAWﾒs 24 bachelor degree programmes is over 9,000. ZHAW comprises Schools in the following areas: Architecture, Design, & Civil Engineering; Health Professions; Applied Linguistics; Life Sciences and Facility Management; Applied Psychology; Social Work; Engineering; Management & Law
